What “Full Gallery” Means in a Family Photography Collection
“All images” can mean different things unless the collection explains it. At Orange County Portraits, a full-gallery upgrade means the additional photographer-selected finished photographs in the delivered gallery. It is not a purchase of every camera frame. The decision comes after viewing the gallery, when the actual number of additional finished images is clear.
Begin with the included selection
Each collection already includes a defined number of edited digital images: 10 with Essential, 25 with Signature, or 40 with Complete. Those selections may be enough for the family’s priorities, including a card photograph, a group portrait, and a few individual or candid moments.
There is no need to decide on the upgrade before seeing the work. Compare the included count with the finished photographs that matter to you once the gallery is available.
Know what is excluded
RAW files, lighting tests, missed focus, unfinished frames, and repetitive photographs are not part of a finished-gallery upgrade. Selecting and editing are part of producing the final work, rather than simply transferring every shutter press.
The number of finished photographs varies with the session. A longer duration does not guarantee a fixed total beyond the collection’s stated included images. The additional count should be visible before an upgrade is purchased.
Review the price and the actual value
The displayed upgrade prices are an additional $250 for Essential, $350 for Signature, and $500 for Complete. The website shows those options alongside the collections. Existing accepted collection details remain on file if public prices later change.
Consider whether the additional images show distinct relationships, expressions, or moments that matter to your family. A gallery upgrade is useful when the additional photographs have meaning, rather than because the word “all” sounds more complete.
The same use and printing terms apply
Upgraded finished images carry the same personal-use and printing permission as the included selections. Clients may order personal paper prints up to 8×10 and holiday cards through a chosen provider. Physical products are purchased separately; larger prints and other products are ordered through the studio.
A gallery upgrade is a separate agreed addition and can affect the final invoice. Review the price before purchase. It does not rewrite the session’s accepted agreement, change copyright ownership, or provide commercial advertising and resale rights.
