Terms for website use, estimates, bookings, content, and external service links.

Using the website
Effective November 6, 2026. Orange County Portraits provides photography information, example estimates, session requests, and booking-management tools. Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not attempt to access another client’s private records, disrupt the service, or misuse booking and contact forms. Adults must arrange sessions and accept agreements on behalf of their own bookings.
Estimates and session requests
Displayed prices describe the listed collection and edited digital-image count. An example estimate is not a final invoice. Studio rental, required permits, travel, extended-family requirements, and agreed additions may affect the total. Unpriced items are identified for review. Generating an estimate does not submit a booking request. After a request is submitted, the studio reviews it and issues an official quote and payment invitation. Verified retainer payment is followed by the final booking confirmation email. The session agreement accepted with a request governs that session; the exact accepted copy remains available through the private booking link.
Payments and external services
Payment, optional authentication, and external gallery links may lead to services operated by other providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply on those services. Card details are entered with the payment provider. Website payment status is updated only after payment is verified. Keep receipts and the private booking link. The studio may need to correct pricing, availability, or technical errors before accepting a reservation; any changed charges are presented for review rather than silently added.
Website and image ownership
Website text, photographs, and design may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without permission. Purchased session images carry the specific personal-use and printing permission described in the accepted agreement. Downloading an image does not transfer copyright or provide unrestricted commercial use.
Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts support accurate information and reliable tools, but uninterrupted service and immediate calendar updates are not guaranteed. Contact the studio if an error prevents a booking change. These website terms may be updated with a revised effective date. Updates do not rewrite an existing accepted session agreement. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow a business to exclude. Questions can be submitted through the Contact page.
