Orange County Portraits aims to make its photography information, estimate workflow, and private booking tools usable by people with disabilities. WCAG 2.2 Level AA informs the design and ongoing review.

Using the site

The site provides keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, labeled form fields, text descriptions for portfolio images, reduced-motion support, and a skip link. The calendar supports arrow keys, Home/End, and Page Up/Page Down. An optional account is not required to request a session.

Ask for help or report a barrier

If a feature is difficult to use, contact the studio and choose Accessibility assistance. Include the page, the task, and your preferred way to receive help. Share device or assistive-technology details only if helpful. The studio can help with an estimate or booking question through correspondence.

Ongoing work

Content and features are reviewed as they change. Third-party authentication, payment, gallery, and video-call services have their own interfaces. PDF copies supplement the readable booking information in the portal. If a document format presents a barrier, request the same information in a different format.
