Digital Images and Printing Permission
Personal prints up to 8×10 and holiday cards are permitted; larger prints and other physical products are ordered through the studio.

Digital images are included; printed products are separate
Each collection includes the stated number of edited digital photographs and personal printing permission. Physical prints, cards, frames, albums, and other products are purchased separately. A collection does not include physical 8×10 prints.
Small prints and holiday cards, your choice
Clients may order standard photographic paper prints up to 8×10 inches for personal use through their chosen printer. Clients may also create and order their own holiday cards. There is no requirement to buy holiday cards through the studio. Studio-designed holiday cards and small prints are optional.
Larger prints and other physical photo products
Photographic prints larger than 8×10, albums, canvases, wall art, and other physical photo products are ordered through Orange County Portraits. This allows the studio to oversee color, cropping, materials, and finish. Product recommendations and prices are reviewed before ordering. Third-party print color, paper, and automatic cropping are outside the studio’s control.
Full finished-gallery upgrades
An optional full-gallery upgrade includes the additional photographer-selected finished images in the delivered gallery. The number varies by session and is shown before purchase. RAW files, tests, missed focus, unfinished frames, and repetitive images are not included. The same personal-use and printing terms apply to upgraded images.
Copyright and other uses
Copyright remains with the photographer. Personal use does not include advertising, commercial licensing, resale, or transferring copyright. Contact the studio for other usage needs. Save a copy of the accepted printing permission with the session agreement.
