Studio rental and physical products are additional. No travel fee for sessions in Cypress, Cerritos, Stanton, Long Beach, Seal Beach, or Huntington Beach. Other locations may require a travel fee, which will be included in your official quote before payment.
Your images and printing permission, included. Your collection price covers your session, the included edited digital images, and permission to order standard paper prints up to 8×10 and holiday cards from your preferred provider. Physical prints and cards are purchased separately; no printed products are included. Studio-designed holiday cards are also available. Larger prints, albums, canvases, wall art, and other photo products are ordered through the studio so the studio can oversee color, cropping, materials, and finish.

Orange County Portraits creates family and children’s photographs across Orange County and Los Angeles County. Outdoor sessions, meaningful home settings, and rental studios can be discussed during planning. Studio rental and any location fees are quoted separately.
A simple start

Submit the request for studio review of dates, location, and any additional costs. After studio approval, review the official quote. Choose a 30% retainer or full payment when the session is more than 72 hours away. Sessions within 72 hours require full payment. The final booking confirmation follows verified payment.
After booking, use your complimentary 30-minute phone or Zoom consultation to talk through outfits, location, and your ideas.

Orange County Portraits serves families across Orange County and Los Angeles County, including Irvine, Tustin, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Fullerton, Buena Park, and the coast. Choose an area or request location guidance. Access, travel, permits, and additional fees are reviewed before confirmation.
Start with clothes you feel comfortable moving and cuddling in. Choose colors that work together without needing everyone to match. Your optional complimentary planning call after booking is a chance to talk through outfits and how they’ll work with your location.
No. Get your estimate and request a session as a guest. Save your private management link to reschedule, cancel, view your agreement, and access your gallery when ready. No account is needed.
No. Your request is subject to calendar, location, and studio review. The 30% retainer is credited toward your total and is subject to the accepted cancellation policy. A reservation becomes confirmed only when the studio sends a separate confirmation email.
Yes. Your included personal printing permission covers standard paper prints up to 8×10 and holiday cards through a provider of your choice. Studio-designed cards are optional. Larger prints, albums, canvases, wall art, and other physical photo products are ordered through the studio to preserve quality. Products are purchased separately.
Up to two pets are included at no additional charge where the location permits them. More than two require advance review and a separate quote. Share their number, type, and any handling needs. Follow venue rules and arrange a helper for moments when pets are not being photographed.
Yes. Relatives joining from multiple households and groups above six people need a tailored quote, with groupings and timing reviewed before payment. The displayed collection total does not include an extended-family supplement. No additional fee is charged without an itemized quote and agreement.
Unpaid requests may be cancelled without a fee. Client cancellations received at least 72 hours before the scheduled session receive a refund of 50% of the retainer. With less than 72 hours’ notice, the retainer is nonrefundable. With at least 72 hours’ notice, the retainer may transfer once to a new available date, subject to studio confirmation. If the studio cancels and no replacement date is agreed, all payments for the cancelled session are refunded. Unavoidable events are handled under the separate unavoidable-events provision.
Yes. Specify a home/private location or a rental studio in the request. Studio rental is additional and quoted separately; the displayed collections are priced for outdoor sessions.
You may upgrade to the complete photographer-selected finished gallery after viewing it: Essential +$250, Signature +$350, Complete +$500. The number varies by session. Unfinished images, RAW files, tests, missed focus, and duplicates are excluded.
There is room for that. Gentle direction, familiar games, and time to observe help children settle in. Share anything that supports your child’s comfort in the notes. The optional consultation is another opportunity to plan around their needs.
