Three-month-old baby portrait
Baby L. and her family came out to my favorite little orchard for a very last-minute session before I head to California. I was more than willing to take a break from packing to fit them in. The weather was hot and muggy, but the orchard hill provided a little shade and a much-needed breeze, and baby L. was happy to enjoy it bare-skinned. Doesn’t she have the cutest smile and the coolest hair?
Family Portrait in the Orchard
I don’t often show many portraits with pacifiers, but I thought this moment (and the setting!) were too perfect to pass up. It was so great to meet you three and I hope to see you and baby L. as a toddler when I come back to New England for a visit.

Hi, Teya!!! WOW!! I can’t believe you already posted these WONDERFUL photos, only mere hours after the shoot. They are so fresh and fun! If they are any indication of what’s to come, I can already tell we’ll be so happy with the results. I really, really appreciate you taking the time to do this so close to your move. And yes, I think we will definitely take you up on toddler pics when you are back in town.
All the best,
Kristen
You’re right on the paci. Nice moment. Love the family shot.
Hi Teya,
I may be a bit prejudicial since I am Lucia’s grandmother and Kristen’s mom,but you have captured such a tender moment with your “paci”picture that it actually made me cry. There is definitely a difference between photography and the art of photographing. Thank you for capturing the art and emotion of the moment. Our first grandchild and the first professional photos. Can not wait to see the proofs !
Thanks for the memories and good luck in Ca.
