I think I will advise all my newborn clients from now on that eight days is definitely the sweet spot! My new little girl slept well for us, and, I feel like it might have been the best time to take pictures of me with the baby too: my skin hadn’t yet broken out, and my baby belly had shrunk enough where I wouldn’t have looked like I was still pregnant. When it goes right, newborn photography is so much fun, and I was happy to create artistic portraits that will look great in our house!

Wow, you had that sweet baby asleep outside as well. I need to know the secret as my newborns like sleeping once I leave! The first image is priceless. That needs to be displayed large on the wall.
